Early as being head of the organization of ‘Vardaan Consultant’ (in 2000), I was instrumental in putting the edge of consultancy services for ‘drhs’ a decade ago. With a qualification of M.Sc; Phd in environmental science (Biology – Plant Pathologist), my major thrust of consultancy relates agriculture research integrating gender and environment issues contributing towards sustainable development, also addressing the climatic changes. Having professional experience of over a decade and with additional responsibility of business development and human resource management, my interest also lies in the market research and community development programs by large; developing business proposal (project proposal) and in writing and editing reports with sound strategies for developing business and financial management for the organization.
