Development with the motto of growth plus change has now gaining momentum among all developing country. Taking lead from this, a study is conducted to understand the grassroot level reality in my Badaun and Sambhal districts of Uttar Pradesh. This study help’s, to initiate the process of development such that it helps vulnerable groups and individuals such as children, women, handicapped, aged, deprived and the poor through social action and active intervention done after exhaustive research.   This was continuously realized even during the second tenure as Member of the Parliament from this constituency. Thus keeping focus on regional development from the backward area to a model districts by making all development programmes channelized with the motto to provide sustainable development using modern science and technology and of course the managerial capacity of the programme managers and policy makers of district administration. The vision of regional development would is not restrict any constituency, but will add and lead the mission statement of “DEVELOPMENT” to my state of Uttar Pradesh.
