Having post graduation (M.Sc) degree in Agriculture Economics, followed by Doctorate degree from Allahabad University with additional qualifications Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development and Management (PGDRM) from Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology (ERT) Allahabad (UP), Certificate course in computer basics and having more than two decade grassroot level experience. His main interest lies for sustainable agriculture and Integrated water harvesting structure, animal husbandary; dairy etc. Work as a planner, facilitator, monitor, evaluator and impact assessor in nearly 123 watershed and related projects sites in Gujarat. He had worked in project for NWDPRA; World Food Program (WFP) of Forest Dept, GoG as Project Coordinator; Indian Forum for Cooperative Development (IFCOD) as a State Project Coordinator; Uttar Pradesh Land Development cooperation Ltd (UPLDC) as a District coordinator and as a Associate researcher at Allahabad Agriculture Institute, Naini, Allahabad.
