Early as being senior consultant in ‘Vardaan Consultant’ (since 2001), I served as head of HR and administration with keen interest on gender issues. With a qualification of M.Sc; Phd in environmental science (Biology – Plant Pathologist), my major thrust of consultancy relates agriculture research integrating gender and environment issues contributing towards sustainable development, keeping main focus on gender equality. Having professional experience of over two decade and with additional responsibility of office adminstration and human resource development, my interest also lies in the social research and community development programs.
